The Building Contractors Association of Otero County is the sole association in Otero County, New Mexico devoted exclusively to the construction industry. BCAOC members are licensed, bonded, and insured.  We truly represent the professional construction team.

The association seeks to represent and serve the diversified needs of its members who consist of large, small volume and custom home builders, developers, and remodelers, as well as industry-related suppliers, subcontractors, & professionals.

As the voice of the housing industry in Otero County, the association’s primary mission is to represent those involved in and served by the building industry in our region, and all those in pursuit of the American Dream.
